Graftobian ProPaint Neon Radioactive Green is an intensely pigmented, glycerin-based cake makeup that can be activated with minimal amount of water. Graftobian Neon Colors can be used to add brilliant UV effects to your hair and nail art. ProPaint blends in easily and dries quickly to provide a durable, streak-free finish. It provides the artists with a great amount of flexibility over the intensity of colors. Comes in 1 oz/ 30 ml size.
