At Face Paint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic creations, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused cosmetic products. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, our team is here to ensure a smooth resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
